No. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or handled on Sundays or public / national holidays.
Payments & Cash on Delivery
Yes, partial COD is available on select orders and locations, subject to verification and courier serviceability.
No. Any advance paid for a COD order is non-refundable, even if the order is refused or returned to origin.
COD availability depends on factors like order value, delivery location, and order history. Velentia reserves the right to restrict COD for certain orders.
Exchanges & Returns
No. Velentia does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Yes. We offer size exchanges only, subject to eligibility conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
You can initiate an exchange through our self-serve returns portal available on the website. Exchange requests must be raised within the eligible window mentioned in the policy.
Replacements are dispatched only after:
- The original item is received by us, and
- The item passes quality inspection
This process is handled on business days only.
If the returned item is:
- Used, washed, damaged, altered, or
- Does not match the original product sent,
the exchange request will be rejected, and the item received will be shipped back to you.
Delivery Issues & RTO
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Re-dispatch may require advance payment
- Repeated RTOs may lead to COD restrictions
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the courier partner. If you notice a significant delay, please contact us and we’ll assist on a best-effort basis by coordinating with the courier.
