Refund & Exchange Policy
At Velentia, every piece is produced in limited quantities and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. To ensure fairness and maintain product integrity, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Liking or disliking the product
- Delivery delays
- Refused or unaccepted COD deliveries
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Size Exchanges Only
We offer size exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Exchange:

The product does not fit as expected (size-related issues only)

The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery

The product is:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Unused
-
With original tags intact
-
In resalable condition

Not Eligible for Exchange:
-
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
-
Requests for reasons other than size (e.g. “didn’t like it”, “ordered by mistake”)

Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)
Exchange Process
Customers can request a size exchange using our self-serve returns portal by following these steps:
Method 1: Through Your Account

Log in to your account on velentia.in

Go to My Orders
-
Select the relevant order
-
Click on Request Return
-
Choose Size Issue as the reason and submit your request
Method 2: Through the Order Confirmation Email

Open your order confirmation or delivery email from Velentia
-
Click on the View Order link
-
Select the order and click Request Return

Choose Size Issue and submit the request
Once submitted by you, and then approved by us, the product must be sent back to us for inspection. After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, the replacement size will be dispatched.
- If rejected, the original product will be shipped back to the customer.
Important:
All exchanges are processed as return → inspection → replacement dispatch.
The replacement is shipped only after the original product has been received and approved.
Availability & Fulfilment

Exchanges are subject to size availability.

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we will reach out with available alternatives.

Replacement shipments are dispatched without cash-on-delivery.
Quality Check Disclaimer
If a returned product does not pass our quality inspection:

The exchange request will be declined
-
The original product will be shipped back to the customer
-
No replacement will be issued
Velentia’s quality assessment is final.
