Welcome to Velentia. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website velentia.in and any services, features, or products offered through it.

By accessing the website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together form a legally binding agreement.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years of age, and

Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

Velentia does not knowingly engage in transactions with minors without parental or guardian consent.

 

2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

All products displayed on the website are offered subject to availability.

Product images are for representational purposes only. Actual colour, texture, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

Such minor variations do not constitute defects.

Velentia reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or listing at any time without prior notice.

 

3. PRICING & TAXES

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Velentia reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

In case of a pricing or listing error, Velentia may cancel the order and process a refund for the paid amount, if applicable.

 

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not indicate final acceptance.

An order is deemed accepted only once it has been processed, packed, and handed over to a logistics partner.

Velentia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, address non-serviceability, or policy violations.

 

5. PAYMENTS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Velentia does not store sensitive payment information.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, is subject to verification and serviceability.

Any advance amount paid for COD orders is non-refundable.

Orders refused or not accepted at delivery may not be re-attempted.

 

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, weather, or force majeure events.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with the customer.

Velentia is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit, but may assist on a best-effort basis with the logistics partner.

Full shipping terms are governed by the Shipping Policy.

 

7. NO REFUNDS

Velentia does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection

Preference issues

Delivery delays

Refused or unaccepted COD orders

By placing an order, you expressly agree to this condition.

 

8. SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY

Velentia offers size exchanges only, subject to the conditions stated in the Refund & Exchange Policy, including:

Request raised within the eligible timeframe

Product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags intact

Exchange processed only after inspection and approval

All exchanges are handled as return → inspection → replacement dispatch.

 

9. DISPUTED, MISMATCHED, OR UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If a product is returned for a size exchange, the returned item must be the same product originally delivered by Velentia and must meet all exchange eligibility conditions.

If, upon receipt, Velentia determines that:

the returned item does not match the original product, or

the item is received in a damaged, soiled, altered, substituted, or unacceptable condition, or

the contents of the return package are missing, incomplete, or inconsistent,

the exchange request shall be rejected.

In such cases:

no replacement or refund will be issued, and

the item received will be shipped back to the customer.

Velentia’s decision will be based on internal quality inspection records, including photographs or videos captured at the time of receipt, and shall be final.

Where a customer alleges loss, damage, or substitution during return transit, such concerns must be raised directly with the logistics provider handling the return shipment. Velentia’s responsibility is limited strictly to inspection of the item as received, though shipment details may be shared on request.

 

10. USER ACCOUNTS & MISUSE

Each user may maintain only one account.

Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers, policies, or exchanges is prohibited.

Velentia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

 

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users must not:

Misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access

Scrape content, copy designs, or infringe intellectual property

Harass, abuse, or threaten support staff

Submit false claims, reviews, or information

Velentia reserves the right to restrict access or take appropriate action against violations.

 

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including designs, graphics, illustrations, logos, mascots, text, and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of Velentia.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Velentia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Velentia’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased by the customer.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

 

16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Velentia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
