Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are verified and packed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

• Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public / national holidays.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

• Estimated delivery dates are indicative and start after dispatch, not from the order date.

• Delays caused by courier operations, weather, or regional restrictions are beyond our control, but we’ll assist on a best-effort basis.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Partial COD is available on select orders and locations.

• Any advance paid for COD orders is non-refundable.

• Orders refused at delivery may not be eligible for re-dispatch.

Exchanges

• No refunds are offered.

• We allow size exchanges only, subject to availability and eligibility.

• Exchange requests must be raised within the eligible window and are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.

• Exchanges and return handling are processed on business days only.

Ineligible Exchanges

• Items that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or do not match the original product sent are not eligible for exchange.

• If a returned item fails inspection, the exchange request will be rejected and the item will be sent back.
